Welcome to Normal Logistics Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our AI-powered logistics services, tools, and websites (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.
1. Use of Services
a. Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity in your jurisdiction to use our Services.
b. Account Creation:
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.
c. Acceptable Use:
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
Misuse the Services, including introducing viruses or harmful code.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data.
Use the Services for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
2. Payment and Fees
a. Pricing and Payment:
Some Services require payment. You agree to pay all fees specified at the time of purchase.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Normal Logistics Inc. and its affiliates from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted, and your continued use of the Services signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
